Sopije, in the area of Hisari, is the coolest parcel. Steady air currents moderate the pace of ripening, preserving acidity and natural freshness. The Hisari area is also known within the territory of Suharekë for its tumuli and archaeological remains from the Illyrian-Dardanian period, testifying to a long continuity of human settlement. Today, our vineyards are part of this historic landscape, maintaining a strong and distinctive territorial identity.
